Appeal(s) lodged against New Acland decision

The Oakey Coal Action Alliance has advised via a media statement that an appeal has been lodged against the department’s decision to grant New Acland Coal an associated water licence.
As the matter is now before the Land Court the department won’t be making any further comment.
