Have your say

If you are affected by these proposed changes, we want to hear what you think about your proposed water licence/s. To do this:

  1. Review the draft water entitlement notice (WEN). Check the details of your draft new water licence. Please make sure the authorised works stated on your proposed licence, are correct.
If you believe you should have received details of a draft water licence in the post, but haven’t,  please contact us.
  2. Submit your feedback by 20 September 2024 using the option that suits you. You should include evidence to support any changes you suggest we need to make. For example, if you think the works that have been specified do not reflect those you were authorised to use at the time of the moratorium, tell us. Include documents such as photographs, invoices or technical reports that support your claim.

We will not consider other submissions as part of this consultation. This consultation is just for new or existing overland flow water licence holders who will be impacted by changes in the draft WEN.
