Use this form to report your groundwater use if you are a commercial user of groundwater in Tamborine Mountain or Springbrook.
Reports for each month are due within 10 business days following the end of each month.
Before you begin, make sure you have read about the reporting requirements for Tamborine Mountain and Springbrook groundwater users.
You will need to complete a new online form for reporting data for each bore from which you draw water for commercial purposes.
